Production Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Line Producer/Production Managers & Supervisors to establish project milestones & deliveries.
- Assign tasks and briefs in close coordination with department heads.
- Track and manage the progress of deliverables and targets.
- Resolve any conflicts among team members, departments, and resources, and communicate solutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data using database tracking software such as Shotgun.
- Attending team and client briefing sessions, take precise notes, and promptly communicate outcomes to the team.
- Coordinate with the Editorial department to ensure successful client work delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in feature film VFX.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient notetaking and database entry skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
